A graduate of Cornell University, she brings a uniquely analytical perspective to the science of organizational behavior and cross-functional efficiency. At Karmon Consulting Services, Emily leads the qualitative dimension of enterprise transformation — developing frameworks for optimized onboarding, structured training, organizational design, and integrated software systems that enhance collaboration and operational performance.

CFO & Co-Founder
Foster’s background spans investment banking, hedge fund analysis, and financial planning. A former Stanford University varsity wrestler, he brings an unmatched level of discipline, consistency, and work ethic to the organizations he serves. At Karmon Consulting Services, Foster leads the quantitative dimension of client engagements — encompassing financial modeling, scenario analysis, and various data-driven initiatives. He ensures that every business transformation solution strategically leverages AI to enhance efficiency through automation, real-time reporting, and resilient data infrastructures.
